Mariel Rodriguez took a trip down memory lane as she got reunited with former co-hosts Willie Revillame and Toni Gonzaga at the launch of new television network ALLTV.
Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS).ALLTV, owned by real estate tycoon and former senator Manny Villar, officially went on-air on Tuesday, September 13, using the former frequency of ABS-CBN.
Willie and Toni served as the main hosts of the program for the network’s soft launch, with special performances by Ella Cruz, DJ Loonyo and Donnalyn Bartolome, among others.
Both looked back on how they used to be co-hosts during the earlier years of the ABS-CBN reality show Pinoy Big Brother alongside Mariel Rodriguez.
“Sobrang saya ko rin na muling makasama si Kuya Wil. Ang tagal Kuya Wil ng huli nating pagsasama, ngayon na lang uli, na-miss kita,” Toni told Willie during the broadcast.
“Ako rin. Para malaman niyo lang ho, ako, siya at si Mariel ang original mga host ng Pinoy (Big Brother), pero Channel 2 pa rin yun,” responded Willie.
Mariel, meanwhile, was also elated to be reunited with Willie and Toni as she shared via Instagram stories a photo of her with the two, saying, “Reunion naman pala hehehe.”
Mariel also shared a photo of her and Toni joined by “Kababayan” Ciara Sotto, and Viva artists Julia Baretto, Ella Cruz and Ruffa Gutierrez.
Also seen at the new network’s launch were singer-actor Randy Santiago and broadcast journalist Anthony Taberna.
