Ben&Ben’s Miguel Guico opens up on his and brother Paolo’s COVID-19 journey

Ben&Ben vocalists Miguel Guico and Paolo Guico encouraged their fans to pause and rest after their bout with COVID-19.

The celebrity twins were in quarantine for the past two weeks after they caught the virus, Miguel revealed.

“At first, it felt quite challenging to face the most difficult thing to do for us – which is to stay still. We’ve become so attuned to the daily grind of performing writing, travelling, and recording. At some point, di namin nakita pero hinihingi na pala ng mga katawan namin ang pahinga,” he wrote in an Instagram post.

For Miguel, he shared his realization that life has its own ways of telling us when to pause.

“For those of us (including myself) who have deadlines to chase, families to support, goals to reach, and productivity to maintain, let’s try to listen to ur bodies when they tell us to do the thing that’s seemingly impossible — let’s pause and rest for a while,” he added.

Some of the snaps he shared on Instagram, featured the positive and negative COVID-19 tests he had.

It was just in Wednesday when the Department of health logged over 10,000 active COVID-19 cases in the country.
