Maxene Magalona has taken on a week of “silence and solitude” in Baguio all on her own.
The actress took to social media to share the moments from her healing trip and even the snaps she asked random passersby to take for her as she explored.
“I suddenly remembered how I’ve always wanted to drive to Baguio especially during this time of the year so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to spend some much-needed quality time with myself, nourish my soul and start the New Year with pure and clear intentions.
“True enough after spending a week of silence and solitude in beautiful Baguio, I knew this trip was just what my soul needed,” she wrote.
In early January, Maxene rang in the new year with another solo trip all the way to Boracay. The 35-year-old shared that her trip was a gift to herself and was her way of honoring her “sad soul”.
