Alex Gonzaga and Mikee Morada are celebrating their first anniversary as husband and wife.
On Thursday, Alex took to Instagram to share a photo of her and Mikee from their wedding a year ago to mark their relationship milestone.
“One year happily married with you my papamelly and I’m so thankful you showed up that day! ??,” Alex quipped in the caption.
Alex and Mikee’s wedding came as a surprise after revealing in a vlog only last January that they had already tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony at the Gonzaga residence in Taytay on November 11, 2020.
The two have been together for more than three years before they got engaged in December 2019.
Last month, the married couple closed the book on their first pregnancy as Alex revealed that she suffered a miscarriage.
In a YouTube vlog, Alex and Mikee opened up about their pregnancy journey to give hope to other couples who have gone through the same experience.
“If it’s meant that the Lord will bless you with new life it will happen. You just really have to leave it all to the Lord.
“Sobrang preachy siya pero yun ang nagpatibay sa amin ni Mikee, yun yung nagpalakas sa amin ni Mikee,” said Alex.
