As soon as news broke out that Mahal, or Noeme Tesorero in real life, passed away, netizens couldn’t help but thank the comedienne for the laughs and good times she gave them.
On Twitter, “RIP Mahal” took the top trending spot while her friend “Mura” was fourth on the list.
Other netizens looked back at Mahal and Mura’s recent reunion from her YouTube vlog she uploaded on August 20.
In the video, Mahal took the time to visit her former “loveteam partner” in the province to gift him a month’s worth of groceries and cash.
“Hangga’t sa tumanda ako, ugod-ugod, pupunta pa rin ako dito… Halimbawa, pag nawala ako sa mundo mayroon parang kaunting tulong ako sa’yo,” she promised Mura.
“Mahal’s last mission is to make Mura happy, Life is truly unpredicatable, RIP Mahal,” a Twitter user wrote.
Mahal’s death was reported on August 31. According to an article from GMA News, her passing was confirmed by her sister Irene Tesorero.
