Candy Pangilinan’s son is now training to become an altar server

Candy Pangilinan recently shared in an emotional social media post that her unico hijo Quentin is now training to become an altar server. 

The actress-comedian thanked her followers as she shared that many of them sent in messages, expressing that they are willing to teach her son with special needs.  

“Naluluha ko pong kinuwento sa mama ko na marami ang nanalangin at gusto tumulong kay Quentin. Ang ending. Kami ang naiyak sa kabutihan ng inyong mga puso,” she wrote.  

The single mom announced that the head of altar servers in their parish agreed to train Quentin. 

She shared: “Ngayon po, siya ay sasama sa altar servers para mag observe.” 

In a recent post, Candy was a proud mom as she shared a photo of Quentin on his first day of training.  

Back in May, the 49-year-old opened up that her son was already suspected to be in the spectrum when he was only nine months old.  

She shared that her son was never a challenge but her ticket to heaven.  

“Kasi grabe yung tinuro niya sa akin, yung pasensya, yung tolerance, tsaka yung to live simply. Yung ang simple na buhay sobrang siyang grateful and appreciative of simple things,” she said.
