On Instagram, the Kapuso artist shared the classiest photos of her sporting her Hermés two-piece swimwear at the beach.
Heart didn’t just receive praises for her bikini bod. A netizen reached out to the actress to ask for the secret behind her still looking fresh even as she ages.
The 36-year-old responded to the comment, revealing that doing a water cleanse three times a day and rewarding herself with a Sunday cheat day are her weapons to combat aging.
“Water does not cost you a thing! Water cleanse 3x a day and cheat day on Sundays,” she said.
Heart is spending some time in Sorsogon where her husband Chiz Escudero is governor.
