Barbie Imperial was “speechless” after receiving yet another romantic surprise from her boyfriend Diego Loyzaga.
The 22-year-old Kapamilya star on Tuesday took to Instagram to express her thanks to Diego for going out of his way to make her happy even if they couldn’t be together on Valentine’s Day.
Barbie came home to her room filled with led candle lights and hanging red flower decors. She also received a handwritten love letter and a bouquet of roses from her beau.
“Diego ? thank you for your endless efforts. You were still able to do this kahit hindi tayo magkasama (because) you have work,” wrote Barbie.
“Grabe ka you always find a way to make me happy. Thank you for always making me happy and feel loved. Any day feels like Valentine’s Day with you. I miss you already, thank you love,” she added.
Diego, however, still apologized for the delay of his Valentine’s surprise and vowed to make it up to Barbie once they see each other again.
“Sorry it was delayed and not in person, babawi ako pag magkita tayo ulit ? I miss you, love,” wrote Diego in the comments section.
Last month, shortly after they went Instagram official, Diego spruced up Barbie’s room with flowers, balloons and love notes — a gesture that left the latter gushing how the actor is “the best.”

The young couple revealed their relationship status on New Year’s Day, January 1.
