The actress took to social media to share her brief sentiments on the matter, which were acknowledged by a number of her fans.
“Why are there people who just can’t be happy for others? Pls make it make sense to me,” she wrote on a Twitter post.
Even actress Karla Estrada responded to her post with encouraging words. “Dahil hindi sila masaya sa sarili nilang buhay kaya gusto nila ganon din ang iba. Don’t make them win Ri,” she said.
Under her post, fans consoled her as they expressed their support for her relationship and calendar cover.

On the same day of the release of her calendar cover with White Whiskey Castle, Zanjoe Marudo finally confirmed their relationship after months of speculation.
“Yes, parang it’s out in the open naman na, so yes,” the actor revealed in an interview with ANC Headstart’s Karen Davila.
