Jessy Mendiola is one sweet wife after Luis Manzano revealed what she asks of him before they go to bed.
In a recent YouTube video, the host-actor opened up on how it feels like to become a newbie dad at the age of 41.
“I wouldn’t mind kung binigay sa atin ng mas maaga but then there is a reason kung binigay sa atin at this time,” he told his wife.
Luis shared he would have been just as happy having their baby earlier since he was born when his parents Edu Manzano and Vilma Santos were still young.
“Kami ni daddy madami pa kami nagawa, yung mga sports. One way of doing that is keeping myself healthy so marami pa akong magawa kasama si Peanut so which is why I’m trying my best,” he shared, referring to their bundle of joy as Peanut.
The soon-to-be dad added he continues to be healthy not just for their baby, but also for Jessy, who never fails to remind him to take care of his health.
He recounted: “Palagi niya sinasabi sa akin bago kami matulog, maglalambing yan na, ‘Love, please take care of your health. Bawas bawas sa pagkain,’ so iniisip ko kung may taning na ako.”
It was in early August when the couple announced that they are expecting their first baby together. Recently, the soon-to-be parents revealed that their first child will be a girl.
