Enchong Dee is mastering the art of budgeting!
The actor proudly took to social media to share that he is learning to budget his money better, especially with the country’s steep inflation rate.
“I’m learning to budget myself better? I went to one of my favorite weekend market, nabili ko yung mga kailangan ko sa bahay at may kasama pang dessert. Lahat to sa halagang ₱625 ???,” Enchong said in the caption of his Instagram post.
The actor also said that he went to his favorite weekend market and was able to buy all his necessities at home for only ₱625, including a dessert.
Enchong then asked his followers to share how they spend their hard-earned money when it comes to grocery shopping.
“Sharing your #budgetarian moves can help ease the inflation we’re all experiencing. Let me know how you guys spend your hard earned money pagdating sa grocery?,” he added.
Budgeting is essential since it helps you to keep track of your expenses, keep tabs on your spending, and save more money.
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported that the country’s headline inflation rate increased to 6.1 percent in June, the highest rate in more than three years, as a result of rising food and transportation costs.
