Angelica Panganiban hit back at a netizen who had a say on her break from showbiz and her use of the term magnanakaw.
The 35-year-old actress recently took to Twitter to reveal her plans of starting vlogging, asking her followers about what they would want to know about her new journey as an expecting mom.
A fan couldn’t help but tell Angelica how she felt sentimental over the actress temporarily leaving the spotlight for her pregnancy.
“Mami huhu nasesenti ako sa pagpapahinga mo sa showbiz to reminisce po, ano po ang favorite role na nakuha niyo?,” asked the fan.
Angelica responded by telling the fan: “Hahahaha. Okay lang yan. Mabuti nga at marami naman akong nagawang projects. Marami kayong pwede balikbalikan. 🙂 balato niyo na sakin ang buhay ko ngayon 🙂 30 years naman na ko sa inyo!”
A netizen, meanwhile, left unsolicited advice about Angelica’s showbiz hiatus, saying she should focus on her parenting and become a good person and stop saying the word magnanakaw.
“Tama yan magpahinga ka na lang at mag alaga ng magiging anak nyo…para malaman mo kung paano maging mabuting tao hindi ung puro ka “magnanakaw” ang (sinasabi) ng bibig mo!,” said the netizen.
Angelica, meanwhile, didn’t mince words and told the netizen: “Sana ikaw din maaral mo kung paano maging mabuting tao. Hindi yung affected ka sa salitang magnanakaw”.
Angelica, who’s been vocal on her political stand, previously made a buzz after she starred in a youth organization’s election campaign advocacy video where she reminded netizens about voting wisely in the upcoming elections using “hugot” from her failed romantic relationships.
“Ingat-ingat sa mga tao. Kilatising mabuti ang mga manliligaw. Halughugin ang bio data mula high school hanggang college. Alamin at tingnan ang character references. Huwag magpapabudol, at huwag sa magnanakaw”.
Angelica announced she’s pregnant with her first child with non-showbiz boyfriend Gregg Homan last March 20.
