Anne Curtis on Thursday took to her social media accounts to greet her “crazy beautiful mama” Carmen on her special day.
During an episode of It’s Showtime aired last Monday, Anne said that November has become even more special with the celebration of her being a mommy, her and husband Erwan Heussaff’s second wedding anniversary and her mom’s birthday on Thursday.
The It’s Showtime host thanked her mother who flew all the way from Australia last Sunday upon the announcement of her pregnancy.
“Grateful you’re able to make this quick trip for this very special time in our lives,” she said.
And for the record, Anne’s birthday gift for her mom is her first child with her husband Erwan, whom she hopes will get the “kulit” genes from her lola.
“Hope you liked my birthday gift — an apo. I pray that he or she gets the crazy kulit genes you gave to me, too. I’ve been blessed to have felt and seen the kind of love you have given to us, your children…
“And it brings me so much happiness knowing that my little one will get to experience that same kind of love (and maybe even more so I’ve been told) from his/her Lola,” Anne added.
“Exciting times ahead and I couldn’t be more thrilled knowing I have you to guide me through it all!!!! Love you Mum. Happy Happy Birthday!!!!@carmcurtissmith,” she ended.
Meanwhile, Mommy Carmen was thankful for the “beautiful gift” of becoming a lola, which made her birthday a very special one.
Anne revealed the news that she and Erwan are expecting through an Instagram video on Sunday, where she first showed off her baby bump. She is now five months pregnant.
