Janica Nam Floresca has found love again almost three years after the tragic death of her boyfriend, Hashtag member Franco Hernandez.
On Sunday, the 29-year-old model shared sweet polaroid photos of herself with new boyfriend Lorenz Sia.
“Love just comes naturally and it will find (its) way into our lives, just like how God has sent you to me,” wrote Janica in the caption.
She added, “You are my today and all of my tomorrow’s ♥️.”
In another Instagram post, Janica shared her thoughts about falling in love again, saying that she was once “actually contented with being alone.”
“I know I became strong which put me on being okay and happy with all by myself in my own ways and then he suddenly came around and changed everything. I asked God for a sign and He gave me one. I put all my faith and trust in God in every aspect of my life,” she wrote.
Janica also shared that despite the traumatic experience she went through, her heart has already healed.
“My experience was extreme and intense heartache you couldn’t imagine, and most people think that my heart hasn’t healed, but believe me because I know in many ways IT HAS!” she said.
“I can’t imagine that I will feel this love again. Regardless of what we’ve been through in our past, we are currently living in our present and what’s to come,” she added.
Janica also believes that Franco, whom she calls her “angel”, is happy for her.
“I know my angel above is smiling and happy for me. He will always be loved and missed.”
Franco, then 26, died in a drowning incident in Davao Occidental when a strong wave hit the motorized banca during the boat trip with Janica and their friends in November 2017.
