Kapamilya star Angel Locsin shared her thoughts on the Metro Manila community quarantine due to the coronavirus.
The actress expressed her compassion for those Filipinos who would be unable to bring food to their tables during this trying time.
She mentioned that many of these Filipinos are contractual workers, self-employed or storekeepers without assurance of income.
Angel asked the government to assure that these Filipinos are offered financial support so that they would not have to risk their lives outside of their homes.
She then thanked those at the frontlines while the country crusades against the disease.
Kaya natin ‘to.”
