Veteran choreographer Anna Feliciano passed away on October 23, her family confirmed. She was 65.
Anna’s daughter-in-law April, wife of her son Rupert, announced her passing in a Facebook post, along with details of her memorial in Quezon City.
“With heavy hearts, we are announcing the passing of our beloved Mama Annabelle Feliciano. Let’s celebrate Mama Anna’s life together as we share stories of how she touched lives on a deeper level,” April’s post read.
“See you at the Loyola Memorial Chapel Commonwealth. Viewing starts at 1 p.m. today, Diligence Chapel 2nd floor. Necrological service at 7 p.m. More details to follow. Thank you very much!” she shared.
Rupert also took to social media to honor his late mother, posting a photo of her with the caption, “In loving memory of Annabelle S. Feliciano, November 7, 1959 – October 23, 2025”.
According to multiple media reports, Feliciano died of a heart attack.
Anna is best known for her dance numbers as the resident choreographer for ABS-CBN’s defunct noontime shows Magandang Tanghali Bayan (MTB) and Wowowee.
Feliciano later transferred to TV5 in 2010 and later to GMA Network in 2015, where she continued to work with Willie Revillame as the dance choreographer of his variety shows.
Revillame’s show, “Wowowin”, paid tribute to the late dancer with a heartfelt video and message.
“Sa kanyang paglisan, maiiwan ang bawat sayaw na ating pinagsamahan. Mahal na mahal ka namin, Anna Feliciano!”, Wowowin posted.
