KathReid is officially happening!
For the first time, Kathryn Bernardo and James Reid are teaming up in a TV series together.
Dreamscape Entertainment dropped the big reveal on Friday, with a teaser video showing Kathryn and James’ upcoming project – a teleserye on primetime.
“The powerhouse tandem you never saw coming. Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo and Multimedia Prince James Reid, together in a teleserye from Dreamscape Entertainment,” the production company announced in a social media post.
The fresh pairing marks Kathryn and James’ much-awaited comeback on television.
Kathryn’s last appearance in a TV series was in 2022 with ABS-CBN’s romantic-comedy “2 Good 2 Be True,” alongside former reel and real partner Daniel Padilla.
James, on the other hand, last starred in the 2016 romantic series “Till I Met You,” with former reel and real partner Nadine Lustre.
Kathryn and James are one half of former popular loveteams KathNiel and JaDine, respectively.
