Lee Min, a member of the South Korean R&B duo “As One,” has died at the age of 46.

According to various Korean media reports, Lee was found dead at her home by her husband on Tuesday afternoon, August 5.

The following day, a representative from her agency BRANDNEW MUSIC confirmed her passing and stated that the police are conducting an investigation on her death. They also requested the public to refrain from making and spreading speculations while results have yet to be released.

Lee’s singing partner, Crystal, reportedly flew back to Korea coming from the U.S. where she currently resides after hearing the news.

The two debuted as a duo in 1999 and were best known for their songs, “Want and Resent,” “Day by Day,” “You’re Welcome” and “Do You Have to Be Sorry.”

Lee remained active until recently, releasing a single titled “Happy Birthday To You” last June and appearing on the late-night music talk show hosted by Korean actor Park Bogum, “The Seasons: Park Bo-gum’s Cantabile.”
