Philmar Alipayo took to social media to pay tribute to the late Jaclyn Jose, mother of his fiancée Andi Eigenmann.
On his Instagram stories, Philmar reposted a family photo with Jaclyn following her sudden demise that shocked the local showbiz industry.
The Surigaonon professional surfer later penned a loving message to Jaclyn, reposting a photo of the late actress’ winning moment at the Cannes Film Festival as remembered by the award-giving body on Wednesday.
“Mingawon kami sa imo samot na an mga bata, Salamat sa tanan oras sa pag alaga sa pag payangga sanan pag mahal sa amo (Mamimiss ka namin, lalo na ang mga bata. Salamat sa oras, pag-aalaga, at pagmamahal mo sa aming lahat),” Philmar wrote as translated to Tagalog.
“Mahal kaw namo sanan mahalon hangtod sa hangtod (Mamahalin ka naming lahat hanggang magpakailanman),” he added.
Back in a 2021 interview, the late actress revealed receiving a letter from Philmar about his promise to take good care of her daughter Andi.
Andi earlier announced in a press conference that her mom passed away on Monday of March 2, 2024, due to a heart attack.
