In a candid revelation, Kapuso actress Rita Daniela admitted that she played the role of a third party in a celebrity couple’s breakup, leading to their separation.
During the Thursday episode of GMA talk show “Sarap ‘Di Ba,” Rita participated in the “Trot or Charot” segment, where she was given the statement, “Na-experience ko na maging third party sa isang relasyon. Naghiwalay sila dahil sa akin”.
Eventually, Rita confirmed this as “trot” or truth and revealed that she believed the man was single.
The singer-actress dropped hints, mentioning that this happened between 2017 and 2018.
“Kasi usually sabi kapag mga ganiyan wala na sila, ‘di na sila okay tapos meron pa rin pala so nu’ng nalaman ko siyempre tinigil”, Rita shared.
“When I stopped, the guy became persistent, so I did everything to prevent it. But of course, when the girl found out, they broke up,” she continued.
Rita recounted apologizing multiple times to the couple and mentioned that they are now married. However, she did not disclose the names of the showbiz couple involved.
