Dante Gulapa had netizens at the palm of his hands last year when his famous dance moves took the internet by storm.
A year after his eagle dance moves went viral, he took to social media to ask his followers for help after the COVID-19 pandemic left him jobless and unable to fend for his family.
On his Facebook page, he asked his supporters if they know any jobs he can apply for to support his three kids. Dante explained that he and his wife now live separately.
He mentioned that since there are no events allowed as of the moment, he is left jobless.
Netizens were quick to respond to his call. Some even suggested that he start creating videos on video-sharing platform YouTube.
In a YouTube video uploaded on July 13, Dante was in tears while he opened up on how hard his situation is.
“Kahit anong trabaho lang, hindi naman ako namimili. Humihingi lang ako sa inyo ng (suggestion) kung ano ba yung dapat kong gawin dahil wala akong experience sa pag trabaho dahil puro diskarte lang po yung alam,” he said.
