Kapamilya star Angelica Panganiban is keeping her head up high amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The actress took to Instagram to spread the positivity to her five million followers.
Her caption read: “One day, we will be free again. Sa ngayon, magpalakas tayo. Uminom ng maraming tubig, kumain ng masustansyang pagkain. Gulay at prutas. Mag exercise. At wag na po tayo lumabas kung hindi naman emergency. Keep Safe.”
In another post, Angelica thanked the “heroes” of the country’s fight against COVID-19.
“Mabuhay ang tunay na mga bayani. Ipinagdarasal ho namin kayo. Pakiusap na manatali ho tayo sa ating mga bahay.”
