Former child star Angelika dela Cruz playfully responded to memes from netizens about her sister Mika’s recent wedding.
The actress-turned-politician took to social media to react to netizens’ lighthearted reactions about her sister marrying former Goin’ Bulilit co-star and longtime boyfriend, Nash Aguas.
Social media users and fans of the couple were quick to congratulate the pair, while some humorously brought up Mika’s past drama fantasy TV series, “Kara Mia“.
In the series, Mika starred alongside fellow Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza who played the role of two-faced conjoined twin sisters, Kara and Mia, sharing a single body.
Social media poured with well wishes and congratulatory messages for the childhood sweethearts along with edited photos of the bride with the face of her on-screen sister on the back of her head.
The meme also reached Mika’s older sister who playfully reacted to the photos and even shared one on her social media page while also tagging the actresses involved.
