On Thursday, the It’s Showtime host shared a rare photo of him having a dip while posing for the camera with the former Commonwealth president along with two other men and historical figures.
“A very rare photo of Manuel L. Quezon, Sergio Osmena, Amado Araneta, and Jhong Hilario taking a dip somewhere in Negros, 1922,” the text in the #RP612fic-like photo said.
The #RP612fic is a trend where Filipino netizens share jokes or memes in a tweet-length flash fiction about the Philippine history in celebration of the Philippine Independence Day every June 12 of the year.
Jhong via an Instagram post then jokingly admitted that he was reincarnated.
“Kumakalat sa Social Media… Ok aamin nako. 2nd life kona to. ?,” he joked.
It’s Showtime co-hosts Vhong Navarro and Jugs Jugueta left laughing emojis on the “Sample King’s” post, while fellow celebrities Ivana Alawi and Karla Estrada commented “haha” reacts.
