Michelle Madrigal celebrated the first year of getting her breast implants removed, saying the decision made her feel “so empowered and confident.”
The US-based actress-turned-transformation coach even recently shared on Instagram photos of her showing off the breast implants.
“A year since removing these toxic bags in my body. Let me tell you..I have never felt so empowered and confident even with my smaller breasts. Clothes fit me better and I am able to move freely,” wrote Michelle as the caption.
“My body feels healthier since my implant removal,” she added, recalling how the breast implants made her sick before.
She also left a message for those wanting to get a boob job in the future.
“No judgements here… if it makes you happy, do it. But do your research and make sure that it is something you truly want in the long run.”
Michelle got breast implants when she was only 18 because of body insecurities.
Now a mom to a three-year-old girl, she runs the online fitness training program Woolf Fit with her American husband Troy Woolfolk.
