Kris Aquino shared the things that did her body “a lot of good” after a netizen took notice of her weight gain.
The former presidential sister shared photos of her eldest son Josh’s 25th birthday celebration on Instagram last June 4.
Kris’ apparent weight gain caught the attention of one commenter.
“U gained weight po?” asked the commenter, adding that it “looks good” on the actress-host.
Kris then revealed the things that helped bring about the body change.
“The fresh air did my body a lot of good, hindi na ko mukhang maputlang sickly… and I started eating breakfast because nakibagay: maagang gumigising & maagang natutulog.”
She added, “Plus being away from it all, I got to focus on my wellness & I read more than 45 books.”
