After Joshua Garcia’s social media posts for his The Killer Bride co-star Janella Salvador, it was Janella’s turn to write a sweet appreciation post dedicated to her leading man.
“Thank you for being such a wonderful leading man. You are absolutely talented and you deserve all the recognition and praises you are receiving. I’m glad I found a friend in you— one that is so much like me. Keep shining,” Janella wrote on Instagram.
“PS thank u for feeding me all the time.”
Joshua was quick to respond in the comments thread, “Thank you miss ko na kayo. Ingatan mo sarili mo palagi, hanggang sa susunod na project,” then ending his response with a heart emoji.
Janella and Joshua play the young sweethearts Emma and Elias in the series which ran on ABS-CBN’s primetime for five months.
A few days before their show ended last January 17, Joshua first posted photo of him and Janella with the caption: “I am lucky to have a friend like you.”
He followed it up with another photo of him and Janella on Twitter, with the title of The Killer Bride theme song as caption, Bawat Daan.
Janella’s message for Joshua is the second of a three-part Instagram post thanking her Killer Bride family.
For co-star Maja Salvador, who plays Emma’s real mother Camila, Janella also wrote a lengthy and touching message.
“My beautiful Camila. I don’t know where to start. I might cry while composing this message. Thank you for believing in me from the very start. Thank you for making an effort to understand my personality and for loving me. Thank you for always making me feel like you’ve got my back no matter what.
“I’ve been in showbiz for a decade and one of the most frequent questions people ask me is this: ‘How are you related to Maja Salvador?’ I used to say, ‘I’m not sure, but i think she’s my tita.’ Now that question just became a whole lot more meaningful to me. Growing up, i’ve always been independent but now i feel like I have a real sister. You are now my ate, my tita, & my Mama Camila. You are family. ♥️ I LOVE YOU!”
