Musical variety show “ASAP XP” will soon air on TV5 after the Kapatid Network officially signed a co-production agreement with ABS-CBN, the program’s home network.
The partnership was announced on Sunday, Oct. 11, during the ceremonial signing of the agreement for “ASAP XP,” marking a new collaboration between the two major Philippine media networks.
Executives from both networks attended the event, including ABS-CBN chairman Mark Lopez, president and CEO Carlo Katigbak, chief operating officer Cory Vidanes, and chief partnership officer Bobby Barreiro.
Representing TV5 were chairman Manuel Pangilinan, MediaQuest president and CEO Victorico Vargas, and TV5 officer-in-charge Chaye Cabal-Revilla.
Under the agreement, Kapamilya stars will share the “ASAP XP” stage with artists from TV5’s STAR WORX, bringing performers from both networks together for the show.
“ASAP XP” will air on TV5 starting Oct. 18 every Sunday, joining its existing broadcast and streaming platforms, including ALLTV, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube and Facebook, iWant, and TFC.
