Vice Ganda was quick to shut down a netizen’s accusation that he purchased 50 tickets for K-pop group BTS’ upcoming concerts in Bulacan.
The “It’s Showtime” host addressed the allegation on X after a user claimed that he had managed to secure 50 tickets for the South Korean boy band’s highly anticipated “BTS ARIRANG World Tour” stop in the Philippines despite ticket purchase limits.
Nakakahiya galawan mo. Sana lumaban naman kayo ng patas,” the netizen wrote.
Vice Ganda firmly dismissed the accusation and criticized the spread of baseless claims.
The comedian also questioned the logic behind the allegation, noting that he had no reason to purchase such a large number of tickets.
The exchange comes amid intense competition among fans who want to witness BTS’ long-awaited return to the Philippines, with tickets selling out in less than an hour on both the shows’ presale and general ticket sales.
The global superstars are scheduled to perform at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan on March 13 and 14, 2027, as part of the Asia leg of their “BTS ARIRANG World Tour.”
The sold-out shows mark BTS’ highly anticipated return to the country, with RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook set to reunite onstage for another major world tour.
