Stars are aligning for fans of legendary boy group F4, as there are only a few weeks left till the Philippine Arena transforms into a dazzling city of stars with the band’s illuminating one-night-only concert filled with timeless hits and nostalgia.
More than two decades after “Meteor Garden” became a cultural phenomenon, the beloved stars are once again joining forces to rekindle cherished memories and celebrate the bond they have built with generations of supporters.
Members of the iconic boy band and stars of the phenomenal Taiwanese drama “Meteor Garden” Jerry Yan, Van Ness Wu, Vic Chou, alongside “King of Concerts” Ashin of Mayday are bringing the highly anticipated “F✦FOREVER City of Stars World Tour” to the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on June 27.
The Bulacan stop follows the tour’s massive success in Indonesia, where an astonishing 45,000 tickets reportedly sold out within seconds during the three-day concert run.
According to the concert organizers Live Nation, the concert is set to showcase deconstructed solo performances and explosive group performances featuring diverse and extraordinary content that will fully showcase the musical charm of the four stars.
It will also execute a concept of connecting chapters of “Faith + Friends + Fans + Family + Fixed stars” that transforms the venue into a dazzling “City of Stars,” connecting the artists and fans through music and shared memories.
With a reported production budget of 250 million and nearly 300 crew members working behind the scenes, the concert is poised to deliver what organizers call the “ultimate sensory spectacle.”
At the heart of the production is an exclusive four-point star-shaped stage designed to bring the performers closer to concertgoers. The show is expected to feature six major performance highlights, blending intimate moments, explosive collaborations, and grand-scale production numbers.
Adding to the visual feast, Jerry Yan, Van Ness Wu, Vic Chou, and Ashin will reportedly showcase 20 premium styling looks throughout the evening, highlighting their individual personalities while elevating the concert’s theatrical experience.
Music lovers can also look forward to live renditions of some of the artists’ most beloved Mandarin hits, including the blockbuster collaboration “Forever Forever,” co-created by Jay Chou and Ashin, as well as the anthem “Always Be My Bro” and several new tracks.
For longtime F4 fans, reimagined performances of iconic tracks such as “Jue Bu Neng Shi Qu Ni,” “Yan Huo De Ji Jie,” “Di Yi Shi Jian,” and the timeless “Meteor Rain” have been newly arranged for the tour, setting the stage for emotional sing-along moments that are expected to resonate throughout the arena.
Following the Bulacan show, the F✦FOREVER “City of Stars” World Tour will continue across Asia with stops in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore this August.
