Speculations surrounding Bea Alonzo and businessman Vincent Co continue to intensify after the latter was reportedly seen attending a major business event in the Philippines despite their rumored May 14 wedding in Spain.
A report by Pilipino Star Ngayon said Vincent Co was spotted at the recent Puregold Sari-Sari Store Convention, fueling online buzz that the much-talked-about wedding had indeed been postponed or possibly called off.
Last year, Bea also attended the same event, although their relationship had not yet been publicly confirmed at the time. It was only weeks later when fans began noticing signs that the two were officially together.
Meanwhile, Bea’s family is reportedly in Spain where the actress owns a home in Barcelona. According to entertainment insiders, the trip reportedly pushed through since travel arrangements had already been finalized.
Rumors about trouble in paradise first gained traction after a blind item circulated online claiming that disagreements over a prenuptial agreement may have caused tension between the couple.
While no official statement has been released by either camp, a source allegedly claimed that “wala na talagang kasalang magaganap.”
Still, insiders insist that there was no major conflict between the two before the reported postponement. Some observers also believe the wedding could simply be delayed rather than permanently canceled.
As of writing, neither Bea nor Vincent has directly addressed the rumors concerning the supposed breakup or the canceled wedding.
