P-pop girl group BINI made history with their Coachella debut on April 11, becoming the first Filipino act to perform at the global music festival Coachella.
The octet delivered an electrifying 40-minute set featuring all-Filipino tracks, including “Karera,” “Salamin, Salamin,” and “Pantropiko,” while also showcasing new and pre-released songs.
Opening in golden outfits with traditional salakot before a quick change into seascape-themed looks, BINI impressed audiences with strong vocals, choreography, and stage presence, even introducing viral crowd moments like Sheena’s “Eyyy” chant.
Their performance quickly trended online, gaining massive social media attention and praise from fans, celebrities, and fellow artists, including SB19 and Bretman Rock.
