James recently drew social media buzz after netizens flooded the comments section of a TikTok video of him jamming to American singer Dijon’s “Yamaha” with throwback photos of him and Nadine. The former couple once made up the popular JaDine love team.
Some users also threw shade and brought up third-party rumors involving his current girlfriend, Issa Pressman.
James responded to some of the comments defending Issa and later posted a photo with Issa to address the negativity, writing: “So many bitter people that can’t stand to see me this happy. I hope all of you here find love like I did—one that inspires you and gives you a reason to be your best self. Love is the answer.”
Despite this, netizens continued replying with throwback photos of James and Nadine, prompting him to eventually disable comments on the TikTok post.
Meanwhile, fans noticed that Nadine later liked a comment under her recent TikTok video that said “the audacity,” paired with a screenshot of James’ reply to a netizen: “So you must be the type of person who believes taking a photo next to someone makes them your real frien that’s sad.”
