In her latest vlog, Yen Santos shared a good laugh with former Ilocos Sur governor Chavit Singson over long-standing rumors about them having an alleged love child.
As seen in the video, the actress directly asked Chavit to address the speculation.
“Ano ang comment mo tungkol sa atin?” she asked.
“Palagay ko ikaw lang makakasagot niyan,” the businessman and former politico quipped in response. “Well, wala naman. Okay lang dahil yung iba marites lang.”
Yen emphasized that Chavit has been a close family friend for more than a decade now.
“Parang more than a decade na kasi he’s a good family friend. Super tropa to ng aking parents kaya lagi tayo na i-issue. Meron pa nga daw tayong anak, ‘di ba? Malaki na daw yung anak natin si Yan Yan.”
Yen clarified once more that the alleged child is actually her younger sibling, after the rumors about the supposed child have circulated online for years.
“Nakikita ko sa TikTok nagkalat na malaki na daw yung anak namin. Yes, malaki na siya, he’s 11 years old”, Yen repeatedly denied the claims about Singson’s godchild. “Guys, hindi po namin yun anak, kapatid ko yun at ninong siya nun,” she added.
In the same vlog, Chavit was also asked to reveal his celebrity crush and his “ideal girl.”
He jokingly turned to Yen, drawing laughter from the actress. While describing his type as a simple person, he whispered more details off-camera and asked not to make them public.
Toward the end of the vlog, Chavit admitted that it was one of the few times he found it difficult to answer Yen’s questions, a remark that she playfully laughed off.
He also shared advice for aspiring entrepreneurs, reflecting on his own lessons from his business and political career.
