After three years of being together, Klea Pineda and girlfriend Katrice Kierulf have officially ended their relationship.
In an emotional statement shared on social media, Klea confirmed the split and reflected on their journey as a couple, describing the breakup as both “painful and difficult.”
“Yes, Kat and I decided to end our relationship. Masakit, mahirap. Masyadong maganda ang samahan namin,” she wrote. “Pakiramdam ko parang hindi lang tatlong taon ‘yung samahan namin sa dami ng nangyari,” she added.
Despite the heartache, Klea expressed deep gratitude for their shared memories and for Katrice’s unwavering support through life’s ups and downs.
“Siya ‘yung taong minahal ako sa mga panahon na hindi ko kayang mahalin ang sarili ko. Naging inspirasyon at lakas ko sa mga laban sa buhay,” Klea continued.
She also acknowledged the outpouring of love from fans, noting how many had witnessed their happy moments together.
“Saksi kayong lahat ng sumusuporta sa amin kung gaano kami kasaya pag magkasama… Maraming salamat sa inyo.”
Addressing both their own family and Katrice, Klea expressed heartfelt thanks for the love and acceptance shown throughout the years.
“Alam ko na tinuring niyo na din na parang anak si Kat. At higit pa sa pasasalamat ang gusto kong sabihin sainyo.”
Although they tried to save the relationship, the Kapuso actress shared that life’s priorities eventually pulled them in different directions.
“Tumatanda na tayo at may mga bagay na mas kailangan unahin. Kinailangan na lang talaga tanggapin na wala na kaming magagawa kundi tapusin na lang talaga ang relasyon namin.”
Ending the message with a personal note to Katrice, Klea wrote: “Naging masaya naman tayo, diba?… Hindi ko alam kung swerte ba ako dahil nakilala kita o malas kasi binigay ka nga sa akin pero may hangganan din naman.”
Despite the breakup, Klea emphasized that her love and support for Katrice remains: “Lagi mong tatandaan, kahit anong mangyari, hindi mawawala pagmamahal ko sa’yo.”
