Actor-director Xian Lim celebrated a new milestone in his aviation journey as he recently earned his Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
Xian shared the achievement on Instagram, accompanied by photos from his check-ride ceremony, including a selfie that showed off his three stripes badge on his uniform.
“I still can’t believe it,” Xian wrote. “This journey has truly been life-changing, and I’m filled with gratitude. Hindi ako makapaniwala sa bilis ng mga pangyayari.”
The 34-year-old actor trained under Topflite Academy, a local aviation school, and expressed appreciation for his instructors and fellow trainees, whom he fondly referred to as “flymates.”
“To my Topflite Academy family, thank you for believing in me and pushing me beyond what I thought was possible. Everything happened so fast, pero you were there to guide me every moment, every step of the way!” Xian wrote.
Xian also reflected on for aviation journey, reminding others that with “heart, passion, and the right people around you”, no dream is impossible.
“No matter how loud the world gets, sometimes all you need is one person, one crew, to tell you, you’ve got what it takes,” he added.
Lim concluded his post by thanking those who supported his journey, “To everyone who has been following my aviation journey, maraming salamat! This is only the beginning. Let’s keep flying.”
