Jake Ejercito and Andi Eigenmann called out vlogger Crist Briand for posting a video of their 13-year-old daughter, Ellie Eigenmann, without permission.
“This ‘influencer filmed Ellie without her consent. She did not want to be in his video—let alone be posted by him,” Jake earlier said when he reposted Ellie’s appearance in Crist Briand’s video.
“Clout-chasing should never come at the cost of someone’s privacy, especially a minor’s.
Please report this reel,” added the actor.
The video has since been deleted by Briand, but Jake continued to condemn the vlogger’s actions, saying he would explore legal action.
The actor also denounced netizens’ lewd and inappropriate comments towards his 13-year-old daughter, including those pedophilic remarks.
Andi, meanwhile, also lamented Brian’s behavior, stressing that her daughter expressed discomfort, accusing the person of exploiting her child for attention and fame.
“Using minors your content is disrespectful and exploitative. My daughter made it clear that we will not be ok with you doing this,” Andi said in an Instagram story.
She added, “And she is clearly uncomfortable. Build your platform on integrity. Don’t use our daughter for clout.”
Jake and Andi who’s now based in Siargao, have been on a co-parenting setup since separating ways in 2014.
