South Korean actor and ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo will officially serve his mandatory military service in July.
Fantagio Entertainment, Eunwoo’s agency, made the announcement in a statement released on Thursday, May 29, saying that the actor has been accepted to be a part of the military band.
“Recently, Cha Eun Woo applied to join the Army Military Band and received a final acceptance notice from the Military Manpower Administration today.
“He will enter the training center on July 28 and undergo basic military training before fulfilling his duty in the Army Military Band,” read the agency’s statement.
Eun Woo is currently busy filming his new Netflix original series, “The Wonder Fools.”
He’s also gearing up for ASTRO’s fourth solo concert, The 4th ASTROAD [Stargraphy], happening at Inspire Arena in Incheon on June 7 and 8.
