Actor and singer James Reid recently revealed that fans can expect to see him in a teleserye this 2025.
“I will be releasing a teleserye this year. By the end of this year, it will be out,” he said in an exclusive interview with The Philippine STAR during the UP Fair: REV last April 5, 2025.
James also added that he will be releasing four to five singles this year.
When asked about his reaction after his 2015 song “Randomantic” became viral on TikTok, James said he was so happy that his “favorite song” was also enjoyed by netizens.
“I’m so happy because that’s my favorite song from that album that I released years ago. I’m glad that it finally got the love that I always thought it deserves,” he said.
He also gave his own “description” of a “Randomantic Guy.”
Noting, “A guy who is a ‘Randomantic?’ Spontaneous, doesn’t think twice, just comes up with crazy random ideas to surprise someone.”
James also expressed gratitude to his fans who continued to support him since his PBB days.
“Thank you so much for supporting me ever since PBB, my God it’s been a long time. I love you guys and more music coming,” he said.
Aside from his big-screen and teleseryes projects, James is also known for his hit songs “Randomantic,” “Sandal,” and “Pauwi Na.”
