The former “The Voice Kids” Season 1 “besties” have sparked reconciliation rumors after they were spotted seemingly chatting at the ABS-CBN Ball 2025.
The two singers appeared to be conversing in the background in a photo shared by broadcast journalist Karen Davila on Instagram, alongside another guest at the star-studded event.
To recall, Darren and JK’s friendship was marred by a previous social media spat.
The tension started after JK posted a tweet that seemed to be aimed at Darren. This led to a heated exchange between the two, with Darren’s mother even filing a cyber libel complaint against JK in 2019.
However, in October 2024, JK made an announcement that the cyber libel case had been dismissed, signaling a possible end to the years-long conflict.
Fans are hopeful that this is the start of a renewed friendship between the two former “The Voice Kids” stars.
