Jungwon of K-pop boy band ENHYPEN has addressed the circulating dating rumors.
The singer was recently speculated to be dating Winter of K-pop girl group aespa after a netizen posted a photo alleging that the two were spotted at a whiskey bar together in Cheongdam, Seoul.

Jungwon denied the rumors head-on during a Weverse live on Thursday afternoon in response to fans’ questions.
“I’m not sure how those people [who uploaded the photos] are going to deal with the consequences, but I’m not dating, neither am I smoking.”

Winter’s label, SM Entertainment, earlier released a statement saying that the individual’s claim is “baseless,” and that the individual approached media outlets in an attempt to profit from it.
“When the media refused to connect with the information for the purpose of money, it was maliciously disseminated,” SM Entertainment was quoted saying in a Herald Pop report, adding that they will take legal action.
Belift Lab, Jungwon’s agency, also told Herald POP: “The rumors are not true.”
“Belift Lab will take firm action against individuals who invade the artists’ privacy or create and spread harmful rumors,” it added.
ENHYPEN is known for their tracks “Polaroid Love,” Fever,” and ‘Drunk-Dazed” while aespa is behind the hit songs “Supernova,” “Next Level,” and “Savage.”
