Actor Anthony Jennings made a brief apology over the cheating controversy involving him, onscreen partner Maris Racal and ex-girlfriend Jamela Villanueva.
The actor addressed the issue in a 22-second video posted by ABS-CBN News on Friday night, saying sorry for causing hurt to Maris and Jamela.
“Sa lahat ho ng mga nangyari noong nakaraang araw, sa lahat ho ng nasaktan ko, especially po si Maris saka si Jam — humihingi ho ako ng tawad sa dalawang babae, and sa lahat po ng mga nadamay doon. ‘Yun lamang po, sorry po ulit,” said the actor.
Maris earlier spoke up on the issue in a 14-minute exclusive interview with ABS-CBN, offering her apologies and admitting to her mistakes.
The actress pointed out that she was “clueless” about Anthony still dating Jamela despite the actor supposedly saying that they had lready ended their long-term relationship while the loveteam partners were exchanging the intimate messages.
