South Korean actor Song Jae Rim has passed away. He was 39 years old.
According to local media outlet Soompi, the “Queen Woo” star was found dead on Tuesday (November 12) afternoon.
While the exact cause of his passing has yet to be confirmed, authorities reported that the late actor was found in an apartment in Seoul’s Seongdong District.
A two-page letter was also reportedly discovered at the scene.
Jae Rim was best known for his role in the 2012 K-drama series, “The Moon Embracing The Sun,” and most recently starred in “Queen Woo.”
He also made remarkable appearances in the variety series “We Got Married,” and 2NE1’s “Go Away” music video.
He made his acting debut in the 2009 film “Actresses,” and starred in other dramas such as “Two Weeks,” and “Surplus Princess.”
