7 out of 8 BINI members’ TikTok accounts get banned

The personal accounts of all members of BINI, except the P-pop girl group’s leader Jhoanna Robles, appears to have been banned on TikTok.

Fans of the Nation’s Girl Group aired their concern on social media on Saturday, June 15, prompting the girls’ management to release a statement.

ABS-CBN’s Star Magic said they have already reached out to the platform and asked for assistance to recover the members’ banned accounts.

“…We have been in constant communication with them regarding the verification of BINI’s profiles,” the talent management added.

Member Maloi seemed to express her dismay in an X post, writing, “Nakikitia namin kayo. Tandaan nyo ‘yan.”

“Tsk tsk tsk,” she said in a subsequent post.

BINI is behind the viral hits “Pantropiko,” Salamin,” Salamin,” and “Karera,” among others. The group is made up of members Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Gwen, Maloi, Mikha, Stacey, and Sheena.

The octet recently celebrated their third debut anniversary with the grand “Happy BINI Day” event at One Ayala Mall in Makati last Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

The group, who’s currently the P-pop artist with most monthly listeners on Spotify, made history after being the first Filipino act to enter the streaming platform’s Global Top Artist chart.
