Janella Salvador had to cancel her mall shows scheduled for today, April 5, after her son Jude suffered an asthma attack.
“Asthma sucks. The past 48 hours have been such a nightmare but I’m positive that my brave boy will bounce back stronger than ever in no time,” Janella said in an Instagram story update alongside a photo of her baby boy.
“Would really have loved to see you all at the mall shows today.. Hope you understand,” she addressed her fans in a subsequent Instagram story.
Digital production company 28squared studios and Janella’s talent management Star Magic earlier released a statement regarding the postponement of Janella’s supposed two mall shows in Bulacan and Pampanga saying that actress “needs to tend to a family emergency.”
The said mall shows are in line with the actress’ promotional activities for her upcoming film “Under Parallel Skies” with Thai actor Metawin, which is set to premiere in the country this April 17.
