O’ Wow! TWICE is coming back to Manila!
K-pop sensation TWICE is set to return to the country to make their Filipino fans “feel special” once again for a fan meeting in Manila.
The news was initially announced by the Filipino snack company Oishi through a video clip shared on their social media pages, featuring the 9-member girl group extending their warm greetings to their Filipino fans, fondly known as Filo Onces.
Accompanying the video, Oishi captioned, “we heard you, Filo ONCEs! TWICE will be back to make us all FEEL SPECIAL!”
In the video, the South Korean group expressed their love, saying, “Mahal namin kayo!” directly addressing their Filipino supporters.
On Friday, March 22, further details followed the video announcement, revealing the venue and date in the snack company’s separate online post.
The “Snacktacular fan meet” will be held on June 1, 2024 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Specific mechanic and ticketing information are yet to be disclosed, however, but fans can expect these details to be unveiled soon.
This upcoming event marks TWICE’s return to Manila after their successful visit in September 2023 where the group held their two-day “Ready To Be” concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
Oishi also unveiled at the time its collaboration with TWICE, titled “O, Wow! O, Wow!” which aimed to promote the snack company’s best products, categorized into four: Sweet Sweet, Cheesy Cheesy, Corny Corny, and Anghang Anghang.
