JK Labajo surprised by cabin crew’s heartfelt message written on tissue paper

OPM hitmaker JK Labajo took to social media to share a heartwarming interaction with a fan during one of his flights.

On his X post, JK, also professionally known as Juan Karlos, posted an image of a tissue paper with the logo of a well-known local airline company. Written on it was a short but sweet message for the artist, expressing a wish for him to keep creating.

The letter began with a lyric from JK’s hit song, “Ere”, which the fan described as “one of his most memorable lines”.

“Napaka-solid mo, JK! Isa kang malupit na artist… hindi lang basta celebrity, pero tunay na alagad ng sining. Kaya sana, ‘wag kang mapagod sa paglikha!” the cabin crew’s message read.

“Para sa bayan, sining at pag-ibig!,” the fan added.

The “Ere” singer simply captioned his post with teary-eyed and heart emojis, in reaction to being surprised and touched by the fan’s gesture.

Under the replies section of the JK’s post, netizens and fans left similar sentiments with the cabin crew as they expressed their support for the singer.

“Keep that. It’s a testament to your art and who you are in our hearts ❤️,” a netizen suggested.

“JK, reading this makes me so happy. I’m so happy you stood your ground to be the artist that you are. Took no shortcuts and slowly but surely got there. All organic, pure talent. Mapapagod pero wag susuko! mabuhay ka ❤️,” reacted another

“Your voice captivated my heart. Will always support you and your music. Balik nag cebu kay hearing you sing live has a very special place in my heart. 💖 It’s a feeling I can’t explain through words but can only be felt,” a fan expressed their love for JK’s craft.

Meanwhile, one fan left a caring message for JK reminding to take care of his health while he’s “booked and busy”.

The singer-actor is currently traveling from cities to provinces as part of his several scheduled gigs and concerts.

“Zoom in lang ako don sa “wag mapagod sa paglikha!”. I noticed na you’re booked and busy these [p]ast few days kaya [I’m] here lang to remind na you deserve some rest, too! okay lang maging in demand (yay!) pero not at the cost of your overall wellness. ‘Yun lang and keep safe lagi!,” the X user wrote.
