Malia, daughter of Pokwang, couldn’t help but squeal with joy after receiving this huge gift from on and off screen couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, a.k.a. DongYan.
In an Instagram reel, Pokwang shared a video of Malia saying her thanks to Marian and Dingdong, as well as their kids, Zia and Sixto, for the toys they sent for her birthday.
Malia, Pokwang’s daughter with ex-partner Lee O’ Brian, turned six years old last Thursday, January,18.
“Tita Marian, Tita Dingdong, Ate Zia, and Sixto, thank you so much. I love this gift,” Malia said to the camera, before being prodded by her mom to open her gift.
“What is this? Oh my god… it’s a kitchen set, aw!,” Malia exclaimed after unboxing the present.
“Pina-setup ko na, kasi sabi ko walang time yung mag-nanay,” Marian told Pokwang who expressed gratitude to DongYan for Malia’s gift.
“Happy birthday Tisay,” Marian endearingly greeted Pokwang’s daughter.
Pokwang is co-starring with the couple in the Kapuso comedy sitcom “Jose & Maria’s Bonggang Villa!”.
The actress-comedienne earlier penned a heartfelt message for Malia on her special day, vowing to do everything to support her child’s dreams.
“Lahat ng dapat suungin susuungin ko, lahat ng dapat iluha at dapat iinda sasaluhin ko maging maayos at komportable lang ang dadaanan mo sa buhay patungo sa mga pangarap nyo,” read a part of Pokwang’s message.
