Alex Gonzaga openly admitted undergoing a facial enhancement in her latest social media update featuring her enhanced nose.
In her recent photos, Alex took pride in showing off the results after undergoing rhinoplasty.
She expressed, “I say do what makes you happy! After so many years of contemplating, last month I finally decided to do it. Wala ng nakapigil. Now you nose! ?”
Alex quipped about her husband Mikee Morada in a separate post, “Magpaganda ka habang wala sa bahay asawa mo.. pagbalik nya tapos nagtaka sya saka mo sabihin “ako lang to” ? #NowYouNose.”
Many comments from netizens as well as fellow celebrities expressed admiration for the celebrity vlogger while some mentioned that Alex became even more beautiful with her new nose.
“Ganda ganda mo lalo ?,” online personality Zeinab Harake commented.
Actress Pauleen Luna Sotto also dropped a compliment, “Ganda mo!!!”

Alex recently revealed about suffering her second miscarriage last October after undergoing in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
