Various vlogs and anonymous reports have suggested that Kapamilya star Kathryn Bernardo will soon be parting ways with ABS-CBN.

Following Kathryn’s widely publicized split with ex-boyfriend Daniel Padilla, several rumors have circulated regarding the reason for their split, including speculations about the status of their contracts with their network.

ABS-CBN News reached out to Kathryn’s mother, Min, to clarify whether her daughter plans to switch networks.

Min put an end to the ongoing speculations about the actress’ supposed network move by dismissing the rumors, saying they stemmed from Kathryn’s controversial split with Daniel.

“Nooooo,” the actress’ mom told ABS-CBN News, “She won’t be leaving the Kapamilya network!”

Kathryn recently concluded a successful stint in A Very Good Girl, co-starring with Golden Globe nominee Dolly de Leon.
